Diego De Vaca is a music composer, audio engineer and music producer from Mexico City. Graduated from SAE Institute Mexico and with 8+ years of experience in music production. His music has been played in some of the most important festivals from Mexico, such as EDC Mexico, Corona Capital Guadalajara, Tecate Pa'l Norte and Jessica Audiffred's Mad House at Pepsi Center. His crafts have been approved by national talents like urbøi (from Boombox Cartel), Ambroz, Jorge Nava, Fortu & Mendoza, Shameless & Nebasa. At the international sight, he got recognition from acloudyskye, Jaron, Chet Porter, San Holo, Lizdek and most recently, the band Eternal Time & Space; who produced and composed the music for the video-game Halo Infinite in its multiplayer.

Having such an affinity for music since his childhood, Diego De Vaca (etheri) is a 23 year old music producer, composer, audio-engineer and performer from Mexico City. His main inquietude as an artist is to mix and consolidate all the musical, artistic and sound references that have inspired him in the past, as the ones that continue creating an impact on him represented in his crafts. The music he creates is characterized mainly for including specific sonic elements like ambient recordings, orchestral arrangements, electronic textures, organic elements, experimental sound design and an emotional style of composition. His art in general is influenced by artists like Flume, Porter Robinson, Jaron, acloudyskye, Gonima, quannnic, Ryuichi Sakamoto and so many others.
He is still trying to find his place in this world, or create his own.

DEBUT ALBUM:
His latest album (released on October from 2023) remarks the best samples of his sound signature. "ethereal (thoughts and feelings are beyond us)" is a melodic compilation of the artist's favorite human emotions explained from his POV. Giving each one of them a colorful, musical and sound identity.
AMBIENT & COMPOSITIONAL PROJECT: Diego De Vaca
An a-side project from it's main and previous musical project etheri, Diego presents a bunch of musical collection detailed in the art of ambient music and compositional crafts. Based on music like Ryuichi Sakamoto, Alva Noto, Leon Vynehall, Laurel Halo, Fennesz and others. This project tries to capture the nature and identity of sonic landscapes and atmospheres through an emotional vibration of music.
SIGNATURE SOUND
As it was said before, his signature sound collects multiple influences from all kinds of music that has impacted him in a deeply personal way, making a unique fusion between electronic sounds, orchestral arrangements, experimental resources and atmospheric textures. Nevertheless, he tends to make out from every single song he creates a fully emotional and inmersive experience.
